Chef Chris Hill of The Oxford is competing for his third year in a row in the “Got to be NC” Competition Dining series, an annual cooking competition based in different regions of North Carolina. According to the Competition Dining, “each evening, two restaurants battle it out side by side in a single elimination, blind dinner format” using only NC’s fresh ingredients.
