The Oxford is Raleigh's first gastropub concept, located in downtown on Fayetteville Street.  This month's theme is "wild game" cuisine paired with Trinchero Family Estates wine. Seating is limited for this exclusive event.

 

The wines featured in this evening's dinner are all from Trinchero Family Estates.  Tim Hinkley from Trinchero will be at tonight's dinner discussing the wines and the vineyard. Trinchero Family Estates is a family-owned California wine company that offers a diverse collection of fine wines. Head Chef Michael Kuilan has crafted an amazing five course meal with exotic wild game.

COST
The ticket for this October 17th event will be $45 total cost and includes: five courses, an intermezzo, wine pairings, tax and gratuity. This is a $90 value for only $45 per person!

RESERVATIONS
The purchase of your ticket(s) online confirms your reservation under the name of the purchaser.  You may bring a printout of your receipt to the dinner, but it is not required.  If you must cancel, we require 48 hour notice in order to give a full refund.

Micro green salad with mustard vinaigrette and shaved parmesan

Rabbit Ragout
Roasted tomato ragout with spinach and parpadella pasta

Wild rice stuffed in cabbage with natural Ox jus and yogurt sauce
